For the third year running, Maison Pop’ and Le Méliès cinema in Montreuil invite le peuple qui manque for a cycle of screenings, offering this year a panorama of contemporary video and cinema from Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, but also from the “peripheries of the North”, like so many voices that decentralize our gaze, overturn perspectives and hegemonies, explode borders, undo national identities, fracture our geographies, from the experiences of migration, exile, war or processes of creolization.
